I don't know Josie's story, it is thought that a man died, and Josie was found wandering, as no one claimed her.  She was so dirty, it took 4 power washes to finally get all the dirt off of her, and it appears it has been at least a year, since she has been groomed.  Josie is a sweet gal, she takes awhile to feel comfortable, but she keeps trying to be with you, so each day brings her closer...at present she has kennel cough, not a severe case, once she is over this, she will have her teeth cleaned, as they are not looking too great.  And than on to find a wonderful, caring home for this darling girl...who will be tentative to begin with, but her true lil impish personality is shining through.
Sweet lil Josie, has a wonderful Mom, who picked her up, hugged her, and said "we will grow old together" happily spoiled in Blaine, WA

Do you want a fun loving, full of energy, adorable, loving lil imp...than look no further, cause I am here.  I love to play with other doglets, I am happy with Moms or Dads...I do like kids, but they need to be older, no toddlers.  I do know some commands, sit, stay, come...but sometimes I am just to busy to listen, so you will have to have some patience with me...I am just one happy girl who loves to give kisses, and full of fun, I love to play tug of war, and if you have a furkid now who likes to play, I would have so much fun..
What can someone say, when you met the kindest, warmest people, who treat their pets with extra ordinary love ...you walk away, knowing that this girl will always have a forever home, and you bless the day you found them...residing in Beaverton, Oregon

*Peanut passed to the bridge, Aug 19/09 and her brother Linus joined her July 23/10, almost 15 years old.  Their parents missed them terribly*

Linus and Peanut are brother and sister, they have lived their lives together.  Their Mom was a purebred Schnauzer, and Dad (who knows) but the Schnauzer part took over most of the genetics in looks...they love to play together, and you will usually find them together, they have very similar personalities, very loving and friendly...sometimes they might be a bit shy, but usually they are very outgoing, happy babies.  I do not want to separate them, they are great company for each other, and I think losing their home and also their Mother who went to Schnauzer rescue, is enough of a change for them....  They are super nice furbabies.
These babies are now living together, with very nice new parents, in Burnaby, B.C. Canada

Peanut was adopted by a great family, here locally in Birch Bay...when they met Peanut, hubby fell in love with Susie, he whispered in her ear, "we're coming back for you" and they certainly did...he said he always keeps his promises...so Peanut (nka Q-Tip) and Susie have a great life together..with a wonderful, loving family.
