Beautiful baby boy, thrown
from a car, left to die. He suffered a broken leg, and intense
shock. After many weeks, of loving him, doting on him and nursing him, he
turned into a healthy, happy, dude with attitude. He would run circles
around my other dogs, drag all toys out into the yard, enjoyed sitting in a hole
(that my Miko had dug) and watch the world, and love life to its fullest.
Living a wonderful life with a great family in Sequim, WA

Precious Waylen (known as Red, passed away in the spring of 04) his darling

Now can you say CUTE!!!!!!!!! We are not positive how old lil Waylen is, he was
brought into the vet to be put down, as he had diarrhea, (which is cleared
up) the vet, refused to do it, and convinced the owner that this boy had a lot
of love yet to give. I want to thank Village Vet of Bellingham, for saving
this boy's life. Consequently I got the phone call, to take him into my
foster. He looks like a puppy with his lil puppy cut. He is very
sweet and endearing boy, who will win your heart. He has a several teeth
missing, but that does not stop him from crunching down his food. He is
wonderful in the car, and is great with all the small dogs here, and seems
wonderful with everyone he meets...I did have the opportunity of seeing Waylen
with young kids, and he is not comfortable with them. An Adult home would
be best suited for him. Darling boy, is now living with a lovely young lady, and
I am sure he is filling her heart with the joy he filled ours. Residing in
Birch Bay, WA

Tiffy loves to give kisses - very serious business and she is a good little
beggar. She sits up when she wants something - attention, cookie whatever. She
is housetrained. She is a cutie and a good little dog. She likes to sleep on the
bed - stays in one place all night and is very undemanding. A good jumper too.!!
She does get along with other dogs, but likes to be alpha from time to time. She
is good on a leash, in the car, and is crate trained... Tiffy is now living with
two super parents, and has a new doggie brother, happily residing in Burien, WA

Korkie is a sweetheart. Loves to be close to her loved ones. She is
housetrained, knows some commands, is good on a leash, in a car, great with
other dogs, very docile personality towards them. She is uncomfortable
around small children, an adult home or older kids will be best for her. I
believe she would thrive if she had someone around a lot, as she just loves to
be with you. The reason this girl came into rescue, was extremely sad, her Mom
is very sick with Cancer, and had lost her home, her job, her medical, and she
had no choice but to give up her beloved pet. I could not make it better
for the Mom, but I was able to help this girl, she now is living with the
grandest, kindest couple, who I know will cherish this girl, residing in Camano
Island, Wa.
