Molly likes people, loves to go for walks, loves to run, she seems to like cats
as well. She is a wonderful companion, but she does not like to be alone,
so she would do best with someone home a lot, or perhaps having another doggie pal. She is
housetrained, but has been known to leave a present if left for too long a time
,she will bring
your shoes and leash, when she needs to go outside. Now living with a nice
couple, with a big fenced yard, in Mercer Island, WA.

Unfortunately this lil boy has come down
with kennel cough, so far it is not too bad, and hope he gets over it quickly.
He is on antibiotics. He needs dental done, and depending on how his cough
progresses, he will have it done as soon as he is able to. He is VERY
SKINNY...and needs at least 3-4 more lbs...
He is eating very well, alert, and active, and hopefully he will be available
soon. He is great with other dogs, and very loving , sometimes it takes
him a couple of minutes to totally comfortable with a new person. He has
this cute lil growl talk he does, my vet asked if he grew up with cats, as he
sounds like he is purring.
*Update, dental has been done, considerable amount of tartar on teeth, with very
inflamed gums, his white blood cell count was quite high, and believe it is
caused from all the bacteria on his teeth, he is now on a added
antibiotic. His blood work will be retested in a few days, to make sure
that he is improving. He continues to eat extremely well, and has gained
1/2 lb.
*Update Nov. 21/01, this lil boy is now 9.4 lbs, his blood was retested and is
still showing elevated white blood count, have switched to another
antibiotic. He is doing so well though, he is almost at normal weight, and
just a true joy. He will be retested again in two weeks, and see how he is
doing, outwardly, all you can see is a healthy, happy boy, he still has kennel
cough, but that does not seem to slow him down. And now that he has filled
out a bit, I think this boy might have Min Pin in him, it would explain his
height.
*Dec. 5/01, retesting done, also weighing in at 9.8 lbs.. and this boy is ready to start his new life.
And he has!!!!! Now living with a great couple, who patiently waited for him to
regain his health, and their teenage daughter , the Mom takes him to work, so he
is never alone. Residing in Surrey, B.C. Canada

Penny was left in the shelter when her owner became terminally ill. She is
a loving girl, who has been in rescue in California for several months, as she
kept getting passed over for younger dogs, she is not old, she has many many
years left to give love, and she deserves so much...she is great with other
dogs, a sweet, sweet girl. Anyone who met this girl, fell in love, the vet,
groomer, total strangers, as she is super. And her new Mom was just as
taken. Now residing with a kind lady in Bellingham, WA
